Collaborating closely with colleagues, you will work with system applications to maintain accurate data and plan efficiency and effectiveness on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Ensure strict adherence to internal and external legislation, overseeing the completion of all H&S and statutory maintenance tasks.

Your Role

As the Engineering Systems Planner, your core responsibility is to work with our engineering team and IT professionals to deliver world class maintenance plans. You will manage master data for business applications, developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of system applications, maintenance and scheduling systems, as well as other relevant software applications.

Collaborating closely with colleagues, you will work with system applications to maintain accurate data and plan efficiency and effectiveness on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Ensure strict adherence to internal and external legislation, overseeing the completion of all H&S and statutory maintenance tasks.

Due to the requirement to cover multiple sites within the Clydeport cluster (Scotland and Ireland), you will be required to travel to other locations as and when required.

What you'll bring

You will have experience in either an IT or engineering based role, demonstrating proficiency in planning methodologies and use  of associated applications.  With experience working with large sets of data, you will have good analytical and problem solving skills, alongside high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

With a strong technical aptitude, you will be able to understand engineering and health and safety protocols such as PUWER, LOLER, EaWR, PSSR, and Asbestos Management BS7121.  Due to travel requirements, a full valid driving licence is required.
