Your role

This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact — working closely with Marine, Engineering, and Utilities Teams to streamline operations.

But in our sector, it comes down to having the right talent to enable our organisation to grow.

What you’ll bring

You will have:

  • proven experience in leading and developing operational teams;
  • strong communication and influencing skills to work collaboratively across a number of teams;

  • demonstrated success in managing change and improving performance;
  • ideally, experience with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) or similar platforms;
  • a background in warehousing or logistics environments, managing operational teams of ~100 people.

Experienced supervisors or team leaders ready to step up and take ownership are encouraged to apply
