Your role
You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality training across a range of operational roles including VTS (Vessel Traffic Services), LPS (Local Port Services), and Dockmasters. You’ll ensure that training frameworks meet industry standards and marine regulations—building capability, consistency, and compliance across the Group.
This role offers a real chance to see colleagues to reach their potential. Few roles offer such a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact.
For yourself, there are progression opportunities to develop your skills to take on a more senior role in Marine or move into wider role in learning and development.
What you'll bring
You’ll have:
- Proven experience in training delivery, ideally in an operational or safety-critical environment.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Experience in auditing and compliance activities.
- Ideally, marine background.
- Formal qualifications are not essential—your enthusiasm, experience, and commitment are what matter most.
