We are seeking a Business Performance & Reporting Manager to support the delivery of high-quality reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing valuable insight to stakeholders across the business.

Your Role

As a Business Performance & Reporting Manager, you will help drive better business decisions by turning financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight. You'll analyse performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and provide meaningful recommendations that support performance improvement across the Group. The role combines reporting, analysis, forecasting and business partnering, working closely with Finance Business Partners, operational leaders and wider stakeholders to understand performance drivers and support planning and decision-making. You will develop and enhance reporting through tools such as Power BI, SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan, while helping to strengthen KPI governance, reporting standards and data quality. Ultimately, you will play a key role in building a more insight-led, data-driven organisation and ensuring management teams have the information they need to improve performance and deliver strategic objectives

What you'll bring

You will bring strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Confident working with complex financial and operational data, you will be able to identify trends, provide meaningful insights and support informed business decision-making. With advanced analytical capabilities and experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan, you will be comfortable transforming data into clear, actionable reporting. You will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to present complex information in a simple and compelling way, build effective relationships across the business and influence decisions through data-driven insight.
