Your role

 

In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for providing comprehensive HR administration support and guidance across all of our diverse locations.  You’ll be working in a fast paced environment in a role which requires strong attention to detail, forward thinking to prioritise your workload, and an efficient and responsive approach to support our business.

 

You’ll be engaging with managers and colleagues across a number of channels, providing support and guidance around our policies and procedures.  You’ll liaise with the wider HR Team to understand and provide timely, accurate and efficient delivery of requirements.

 

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of HR Projects to enhance your skills and experience.

Who are we?

 

You’ll already have experience of working in a HR environment, preferably a HR Shared Service environment, with basic knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in HR.  You will have a customer service focus with the ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities.  Strong attention to detail is a must as well as excellent organisational skills and advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office, particularly Excel.

 

You will have experience of working effectively as part of a team, with the willingness to be flexible to support changing priorities where required.
