Vacancy - HR Coordinator – 12 month FTC
Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement to progress HR processes and procedures? Do you have excellent communication and administrative experience? We’re seeking a HR Coordinator, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract covering a maternity leave, who thrives in a fast paced and varied environment to work with managers and employees across a range of operational teams.
Your role
In this role you will work closely with operational managers to understand their challenges and priorities and provide advice and guidance in line with HR policies and procedures to support them. You will take ownership of the absence management process as well as coordinating and supporting line managers with HR case work such as investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
You will proactively support managers to manage sickness absence, ill health capability issues and promoting health and wellbeing within their teams. Throughout this time, you will increase your skillset and will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR strategies and projects.
What you'll bring
You will have strong administrative and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse employee group, experienced in communicating with different stakeholders.
You will ideally have experience gained within a HR environment, giving high quality customer service and able to operate autonomously and prioritise effectively.
Ideally, you will have supported with employee relations activity, including but not limited to investigation, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes, maintaining up to date knowledge of current legislation.
