Your Role

 

We’re seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our Group HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the delivery of localised business plans through strategic, people-centred L&D initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in driving capability, embedding learning frameworks, and supporting high-quality programme delivery across Group functions and key operational sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment where you can make a visible impact, we want to hear from you.

What you'll bring

 

  • Proven experience in L&D or a related HR role
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery focus
  • Excellent communication and data analysis capability
  • A full UK driving licence would be ideal as some travel will be required
