Do you have a talent for planning and organising complex workloads? Would you like to play a key role in keeping a fast‑moving engineering operation running smoothly? Are you looking for a role where your analytical skills and attention to detail genuinely make a difference to operational performance? We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join us at our port in Dublin.
Your Role
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will support the reliability, safety and efficiency of engineering operations. Key duties include developing maintenance plans, coordinating labour and contractors, managing tooling and spares, and maintaining accurate SAP EAM data. You will analyse equipment performance, support KPI reporting, ensure statutory compliance, and assist with Safety Culture processes such as Permits to Work, visitor management and maintaining the Contractor Management database on The Hub.
Working with operations, supervisors, technicians and suppliers, you will help drive continuous improvement in planning and engineering performance. You will manage engineering stores, consumables and PPE, liaise with Group Stores, and support training coordination with Learning and Development. The role also includes collating Safety Culture and SAP EHS evidence for audits and incident reporting, while promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and maintaining strong Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
What You'll Bring
As Maintenance Coordinator will have experience in maintenance planning, engineering coordination, or maintenance systems administration, supported by a Level 7 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree. You’ll bring strong knowledge of maintenance planning tools, CMMS systems, and key Health & Safety legislation including PUWER, LOLER, EaWR and PSSR.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, confident communication, stakeholder management and solid MS Office capability are essential, along with experience using SAP EAM, EHS and Ariba.
You’ll be able to prioritise effectively, work independently and apply commercial awareness with a continuous improvement mindset. A full, clean driving licence is required.
The successful candidate will combine technical competence with a proactive, organised and safety‑focused approach to support high standards of compliance and engineering performance.
