We’re seeking a proactive and detail-focused Administrator to be the crucial link between our valued customers and our busy Operations Teams.

Your role

 

Working as part of a small team, you will act as a key contact for customers, ensuring accurate documentation for haulage loading/unloading.  You will carry out vital administration and data entry tasks, including invoicing, purchase orders, planning and cost tracking.  You will use a range of systems to produce weekly reports to support with stock management, vehicle booking and resource allocation.

 

You will play an active role in our culture of continuous improvement, helping us to use technology and systems more effectively and further enhance efficiency across our operations.

What you'll bring

 

You will have:

 

  • Strong IT skills with experience of using MS Office tools;
  • The confidence to deal effective with customers face to face;
  • Experience in problem solving;
  • Experience handling and resolving customer queries effectively;

 

No office is background required as training will be given – just the right mindset and experience.
