Marine Coordinator
Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every day brings something new, and where your organisational skills help keep operations running smoothly? Are you someone who enjoys being the go‑to person for information, coordination and problem-solving? Do you take pride in maintaining accurate records and keeping complex processes on track through structure, communication and attention to detail?
We are seeking a Marine Co-ordinator to join our team at our London Medway operation, supporting the safe and efficient coordination of marine operations.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll become a central part of the Marine team, providing essential administrative support across pilotage, finance, licensing, certification and training processes.
You’ll help keep marine operations safe and efficient by managing records, coordinating meetings, supporting pilot administration and ensuring key processes and deadlines are met. Your work will underpin the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations and help the department stay organised, compliant and audit‑ready.
You’ll also act as a key coordination point for customers, pilots, agents, contractors and internal teams, handling enquiries, managing documentation, arranging logistics and supporting day-to-day operational delivery.
From raising purchase orders and tracking actions to maintaining training records and organising departmental communications, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the Marine department connected, informed and well organised.
What You'll Bring
As a Marine Co-ordinator, you will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience coordinating tasks, managing records and supporting finance or purchasing processes. Clear communication, accuracy and confidence when working with stakeholders will be important, and experience in pilot administration, training, licensing or a marine environment would be advantageous.
You will bring experience from administrative, coordination or office support roles, with the ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems and maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail, reliable record-keeping and effective stakeholder coordination will help you succeed in this role.
